1. Application

2. Reservation 

Reserve your test date and time in the application form with your personal information. You will receive the confirmation email from us. If you want to cancel your test, please email us 2 days before your test. The payment will be refunded.

3. Sample collection at the clinic

Come to the clinic at the date and time that you reserved. Please do not forget your passport. The medical technologist or the nurse collect your nasopharyngeal swab for the sample of the PCR test. You can leave from the clinic about 10 minutes later.

4. PCR test

The medical technologist performs the PCR test with your sample by the latest Real-Time PCR system. 

5. Receive the certificate

Please come again to the clinic to receive the negative certificate for travel on the next business day. You need to bring the passport when you receive the certificate.  The certificate is a paper written in English. We do not send it by mail nor email. If your test result is positive, we will call you on the same day of your PCR test.
